Since it’s inauguration in 2019, Rising Stars has grown and evolved – from a simple training path and competition into a live, always-on repository of courses, content, tools and expertise AND now also welcoming our teams throughout MEA alongside Europe!
Rising Stars continues to capture and deliver category training and knowledge to all – accessible wherever you are, either on desktop, tablet or mobile device.
Throughout 2023 we will be dropping loads of new video content including live seminars experienced by the 2022 finalists in Warsaw.
With a new year begins a new challenge and Rising Stars is no different. We are excited to be launching our new competition edition and we are throwing down the gauntlet to all aspiring front of house creative to accept the Rising Stars challenge.

“A TALE OF TWO CITIES”
In 2023 rising stars challengers will be pushed to their creative limits. Each entrant will need to design a cocktail using at least one closed loop ingredient inspired by 2 Cities. At least one of these cities must be the current location you work, the other can hold a special place in your heart or a city that inspires you.
We’re looking for 14 competitors to join us in the UK in September 2023. We’re going to fly you in, put you up and invite you to join us in the full agenda of seminars, masterclasses and challenges.

We’re looking for some of the best talent within Marriott International EMEA – travel to the UK with us then journey on a 7-day adventure, sharpening your skills, engaging with the masters and even pitting your wits against Marriott colleagues from throughout EMEA.
At the end of the adventure one person will become THE Rising Star 2023.
