The EMEA CLS R+B Team is very excited to share a new self-paced training module with you, developed in collaboration with an external agency supporting the onboarding process of Restaurant + Bar Leaders.
With the fact that the hospitality industry has changed in so many ways and many of our HODs are new to the industry, and for the first time in their positions, we identified the need for a program that can be utilized during this process to give participants a more thorough understanding of their role.
The easy-to-follow program guides participants through the process of aligning their mindset and actions with a 'BIG Goal' defined by themselves via five modules. The program uses techniques such as Storytelling, Customer Journey Mapping, Revenue Maximization and Upselling, to guide, engage and inspire their teams to achieve their goals. The included tools & resources can be referred to at any time after program completion.
