The EMEA CLS R+B Team is thrilled to introduce a new self-paced training module designed to help operators gain a deeper understanding of our guests' mindset, their needs, and their preferences. This module focuses specifically on crafting an exceptional In-Room Dining and/or On Demand Program that will not only be fulfilling for our guests but also beneficial for our hotels.

After analyzing Guest Voice feedback across our continent, we have identified In-Room Dining as an opportunity to enhance guest satisfaction scores and boost revenue. To support this initiative, we have launched the EMEA In-Room Dining Program Guide 2023. This guide follows a modular approach, allowing properties to select the elements that best align with their unique requirements and preferences.
