We are elated to announce the appointment of Fares Ayoub as the new Director of Meetings + Events EMEA replacing Andreas Feldhoff.
Fares started off his career in Events Management in 2007 at the Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa as an Events Executive & Groups Coordinator to then be promoted in 2010 to an Events Manager and then to Senior Events manager in 2012. In 2014, he joined Genesis Levant as a Project Director where he was leading three teams in the UAE, Jordan, and Iraq.
Fares the rejoined the Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa as the Director of Event Planning & Operations in 2015. In 2017, he joined the W Amman Hotel’s pre-opening team as a Director of Groups & Catering Sales. His latest position was as Multi-Property Director of Sales for the Sheraton Amman Hotel, Amman Marriot Hotel, Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa, and the Petra Marriott Hotel.
Fares is a passionate hotelier who has been working in the Sales, Events, and Hospitality business for over 10 years, and we are looking forward to having him as part of the CLS F&B EMEA team!
