The All Around Breakfast Workshop
As hotels are learning, breakfast is one of the most crucial services they can provide their guests and is regarded as the most significant meal of the day. No matter how big or little, it's crucial for hotels to step up their game and offer something extra to help customers start the day off right. 1 in 3 travelers believe the food & beverage outlets at a hotel is what makes the experience memorable. For a hotel, breakfast has the highest potential to capture their guests’ attention because their guests are already on property. There is a great focus on breakfast as guests love it, it has high profitability and huge growth potential.
With breakfast being the most important meal of the day and the biggest driver of GSS in the EMEA the EMEA CLS Food and Beverage team started conducting the Amplify Breakfast Workshop throughout MEA.
These workshops are conducted for two days targeted and F&B Leads and Chefs focusing on things like:
· The new Breakfast Program (types of breakfast models, set ups, and minimum requirements)
· Kitchen and Breakfast Buffet Set Up
· Taste Panels
· 15 Minute Training (Pre-shift Briefings)
· Service and Upsell Training
· Guest Satisfaction
· QPower Plans

On the 29th of August the DACH Region will be hosting a breakfast workshop in Munich and there are still several to come such as Milan.
